Elliott Feliciano
TV Writer - Copywriter - Cat Daddy

Hi! Elliott Feliciano here. Welcome to my page! If you don’t already know, I’m a queer-trans-Puerto Rican writer, copywriter, cat daddy, and competitive swimmer currently located in sunny Los Angeles. But my heart is stuck in Chicago. See, I was born and raised in East Chicago, Indiana, not Chicago, Illinois. But when I tell people where I’m from, they think I’m saying Chicago. So, I typically go with it – “Sure, Jan. I’m from Chicago.” Although, I did live in Chicago for many years and do consider it home. It’s where I left my heart. Not to be confused with leaving one’s heart in San Francisco, like the Tony Bennett song.

While I still have you, and I don’t mean to boast but why not, my short film To Be With You was an official selection at the 2019 OutFest LGBTW Film Festival and the 2020 Bentonville Film Festival. I’ve worked as a Writers’ PA on Starz’s Vida, FX’s Pose and American Horror Story/Stories. I was, also, a Staff Writer on the CW’s Tom Swift.

My goal is to create and develop more inclusive projects with LGBTQ+, Latine, Black/POC, and female centered characters and stories. If you like my writing style here, then feel free to check out my random thoughts, essays, and short stories on Substack: Copious Queer Thoughts. You don't have to be queer, or copious, to read it.
